I don't know if there are any restrictions now , but we used gold woblers and baltic minnows, and caught some nice fish. however there must be water coming out of the dam. also about six or seven klms down stream there's a bridge you can fish upstream of that .a mixture of browns and rainbows . black and gold celtas used to do the job.nice country but watch out for snakes.
