REKLESS
Gidday Dart,I hope that the Ramp is kind to you.The surge can be a real killer when launching and retreiving.I might suggest that you launch in the day light and when heading out head due north for at least 700m ,there is a good bombie that pops up on the unwary as you clear the "bay" there . I do not know how the reef has been recently but I expect that there will be flathead around the wrecks and there should be trevally somewhere out there as well,(thats a bit vague isnt it?). robthefisherman
Haven't fished out there since the sambo social but pulled in a huge variety of stuff just bottom bashing some good fish amongst the ooglies
Kingy
I live approx 400m from the ramp and I've seen some serious damage done to boats in medium to large swells. Also a few cars slip into the water. Good to have a 4WD and a light boat, bit a luck and no swell - mwah mwahh mwwwwaaahhhhhh - you'll be alright!!
