Bonito on the BBQ

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to pass on something my better half found on the net and it turned out to be amazing!

It was my first bonnie that I'd landed so I was stoked to be able to try it fresh!

- Filleted the Bonnie leaving the skin on.

- Sliced lemon and placed 4 slices on some foil.

- Add oil, salt + petter, chilli flakes onto the lemon

- Place fish on Lemon and add a little more seasoning as above

- Wrap foil into little packages

- Place on BBQ for about 8-10 minutes

Keep foil package sealed until on the plate, nice little theatrical opening and beautiful lemon aroma when opening.
