fragmeister
I have had them as jellied eel.... which is eel boiled in a stock and left to go cold and set... pretty average I thought. Had them just deep fried in seasoned flour and they were not too bad. Had them smoked and they were pretty good.
ambrose607
I've tried it done on a charcoal bbq. Was not too bad.
Dave_
I was telling an old bloke I used to work with that I'd been catching a few eels on hard bodies while fishing for Bass. He asked me to bring him a few "little skinny green ones from fast running water". I believe he poached them in milk or something.
