Dollies, albacore blue Marlin

Hi guys

Late start around 9:00am, and it was a sloppy sea, at some points it would of reached 2.5~3 meter swell. At around 11:00 just before the shelf we landed a nice dolly, then an hour later on the shelf landed an albacore, that's dinner sorted.

Then around 2:00, 30k Stella screams, what a buzz, in around 10 seconds it's peel around 200meters of line then jumps out and shakes the hook , would of gone around 150+ blue.

That's fishing.

Looking forward to a week in port Stephens in three weeks time.

Well done on the great feed. Should I be surprised the Albi was about? I thought it was a spring fish..

Bad luck un missing the blue.

Unlucky Raysway, allbies... well the yellowfin are running in 500f and have been for the past week from Norah Head to Sydney. May get a few strays if the current pushes in a bit.
