wormsonfire Posted February 16, 2016 Share Posted February 16, 2016 Hi raiders took the missus and boys to chaffey dam on the weekend for a camp and fish. First time there and was impressed. Awesome facilities and only 5 bucks per vehicle using the honesty system. Hot showers and flushing toilets a plus for the missus. Set up camp then jumped in for a swim as was 38c. Within 10 minutes of being in the water a large cod in the 80cm range jumps out near us. That's it out of the water rods rigged. After a few ours of worms and spinner baits my young fella gets his first fish. A 39cm yellow belly. About 30 minutes after sunset.
