Scent Blazer Lures
At the moment it's just work work work! Will keep that up the whole of next month but after that bring on some tuna! What happened to the boat? Yeah I know the feeling. Just wear and tear on the boat, the stainless tubes that hold the radar dish are both broken, its ripping through the canvas and the wiring. Needs to get fixed otherwise it will all come crashing down next wave I hit. I might just remove the radar, I never use it anyway. Might fish next week if I can get the boat fixed, I'll let you know. There's probably heaps of dollies around those fads this time of year, I'd be happy just to catch a few dollies. Aerialangler
Has anyone been getting anything off Sydney, Monday looked perfect. My boat is stuffed since my last trip a about 3 weeks ago now, should have it fixed for next week. I went out with my mate on Monday Conditions were very good We started the troll out of the heads heading south in close 1km off rocks Hooked a big bonito on a halco laser pro We kept trolling south till Bondi then headed out to 70 meters for a bottom bash Picked up a few flatties and a mowie Water was clear and 22 degrees about 5kms out Some small dollies just appeared near our boat so we had a bit of fun with surface poppers for a bit We then trolled a few tiny skirts and a bibless to 12 mile with no luck Water temp stayed around 22 but water was clear About a dozen boats on the 12 mile jigging and live baiting for kings Looked like there were plenty about but we didn't have the jigs/ live bait. We managed some bottom bashing and about 6 leather jackets We then did some stop and go bottom fishing on the way in and managed a few more flatties And some more dollies schooling up near the boat again Such a nice day but just a small feed at the end Hope you get out there soon
