Scent Blazer Lures
we got out today, we went for that break 50 miles out. Soon as we found it, blue water, flying fish, big pods of pilot whales, went from 22.5 to 24.5 over a couple of miles. We hooked one small striped tuna as soon as we got there but lost it at the boat, then nothing until about 1pm when we hooked pretty decent blue, it took the corner lure and came leaping out, kinda of looked like it was in the bill not the mouth, tried setting it with the boat but we it dropped at the end of its first run. I'm getting too old for this that trip was brutal for me, we started heading back around 3, I didn't want to stay out any later at that distance, almost 3hrs running getting back, plus I have to watch the fuel on my boat, it was pretty low by the time we got innice conditions though Edited May 17, 2016 by Scent Blazer Lures

Overdraft
Unlucky. It's a big effort going that far! It really does take a lot out of you. At least you had some action. A lot of guys fished it on the weekend for zip. Daniel

We bagged out on Gemmies but alas no size to em and no cod but a beaut day out and we seen a heap of sauris around the 70 fathom line so there is plenty of bait around and water temp was just under 22 all day
Moonshine
I have done the maths, it means next time you are heading out, you are due for a fish.
