budzsta Posted May 29, 2016 Share Posted May 29, 2016 So managed a single flathead in 4-5 hours from hargraves beach. Filleted it. Wrapped it in foil with some garlic lemon and shallots! All you need to do is finely chop a clove or 2 of Garlic then add that along with some butter and a splash of milk to the well boiled potatoes when you mash them. Really easy and very tasty :-).
