budzsta
I hesitantly left a message regarding some undersized fish getting kept around the cronulla area not expecting much. When I rechecked my phone 30 minutes later I had 3 missed calls from Stuart, a fisheries officer. Upon returning his call, a guy who just showed up where I was fishing picked up his phone, asked where the culprits were! It was his day off as well! He didn't have his badge on him so couldn't do much but mentioned he would be back in the weeks to come! Just wanted to say that our reporting of illegal fishing matters, and are taken very seriously. So if you ever doubt whether or not anything will happen, well they do! Cargo05
Yeah, great work. Fisheries, Maritime, and the Water Police are generally decent blokes and often are keen fishermen as well.
