Coconut encrusted fish fillets

Ok, first of all your gonna need your fish fillets. Most will work just make sure they are skinless and boneless. Preheat your oven and get started on your fish. Lather and coat them in mayonnaise well and if you dont like it then dont worry you wont taste any. Then take your coated fillets and toss them gently in coconut shavings, almost like flour. Once you season em your done! Plonk them in the oven until they look nuce and crispy. Dont worry too mych about oil just a few dabs will do. Enjoy!
