Stripteasers

Has anybody made their own stripteasers for trolling live baits and switch baiting for marlin? If so, how’d you go about it? I was going to buy one but they are around $400! I assume you can buy strips of Mylar and make something up but how would you make the bars etc.?

I googled “stripteasers” but you can imagine the sites that came up! 😂
