DPI Fish Stocking Plans

Hey Guys,

DPI have published a list of fish stocking sites and numbers for 2018/20019 and 2019/2020. You can see the details here:

https://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/fishing/recreational/resources/stocking/enhanced-fish-production/freshwater-fish-stocking-plan

Some are dependant on rainfall but overall it gives you an idea of what's happening with fish stocks. One thing I've noticed is a dam near Crookwell called Redground Dam. DPI are planning to stock it with cod and have been putting trout and yellowbelly into it for the last few years.

Has anyone every fished there?

Cheers

Rob

G'day Rob. No haven't fished there. Thanks for the DPI info. Looks like a lot of the dams still have critically low water levels. Hope that changes, though I have my doubts. bn
