What Fish Is This? (Numb Ray and Bluestriped Goatfish)

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post - but have been looking at a few Android apps with no success.  Cracking arvo - Caught in Sydney Harbour not far from the bridge, I assume the first photo is a flounder or a sole fish but what is the red fish?  How do you know if you can eat these fish??

First one is an electric ray or numbfish- you can get a nasty shock from them so better off releasing without touching them. Second one is a red mullet, sometimes marketed as "Barbounia"

Numb ray is non edible.

Goat fish or red mullet is edible, of reasonable quality.

On another note there is 2 main types of Goatfish caught in Sydney.

Bluestriped Goatfish, which is the one you have and

Blacksaddle Goatfish.

The Blacksaddle get a bit bigger.
