lostincable
How far upstream from the ferry can you get in Berowra creek? Looks pretty shallow with some tidal areas on Google earth but interested to hear from others. Cheers.
scottyboy
Hey mate. There are a lot of mud and sand flats up there but with some decent holes as well, all the way up past crosslands reserve . Probably a high tide only area in a small tinny. It's good for kayaking. I spent a lot of my younger days on that creek fishing. There was always bream, fatties and the occasional bull shark as well. It would fish real well right up the back past the reserve in times of drought as the salt pushed up over rock bar at high tide. It's a fun place to explore with very little fishing pressure considering it's still in suburban Sydney. I hope this helps mate. Cheers Scotty P/s between you,me and the gum trees there was a healthy supply of bass up there that would always turn it on on a steamy Sydney afternoon.
