mrsswordfisherman
Marine Area Command NSW Police have posted (Sat 9 October 2021) regarding boating as of Monday 11th October 2021. I have also contacted NSW Maritime for their statement on fishing and boating. They will be posting, possibly Wednesday about their interpretation. There still seems to be confusion for fishing/boating activities. Please check on Monday https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/easing-covid-19-restrictions/70-percent Here is the roadmap https://www.nsw.gov.au/sites/default/files/2021-10/roadmap-for-easing-covid19-restrictions.pdf I will post here any further info. Additional comment from MAC NSW Police "Hi Donna, yes boating, including fishing will be allowed outside the 5km. People in Greater Sydney, including Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour must stay in the Greater Sydney area and not enter regional areas until further easing of restrictions are in place.
mrsswordfisherman
It is time to stop posting here in this thread. I hope it was helpful and gave factual and up to date information. It will remain in our archives to read and show what Australia and the world went through. Links will be broken over time but we can still remember what 2020 and 2021 looked like for us all. Continue to stay safe and follow any rules or restrictions that are in place now or in the future as the calendar clicks over to 2022.
