Fried perch with roasted vegetables

I grew the rocket, lemongrass, mint, chives and radish. Corn, onion, broccolini, mushrooms and carrot from supermarket. Roasted 30 mins with generous drizzle of olive oil.

Perch I just knocked the fillets off and fried in butter.
