(Platycephalus caeruleopunctatus) There has been confusion about Spikey/Longspine Flathead (Previously posted) and Bluespotted Flathead so here is a Blue Spotted Flathead. Note the small Blue Spots Pectoral fin And the Tail, it's totally different to the Spikey Flathead Hope this helps.
